On April 27, 2025, the third training of (Capacity Development of NGOs in Halabja Province) Project, presented to a group of organizations in Halabja by Zito Shamsaldin, Trainer of human development, about United Nations Mechanisms for the Protection of Human Rights and the Universal Periodic Review (UPR).
